Atlas Energy Resources, LLC to Report Financial Results for the Fourth Quarter 2007 and to Host Earnings Conference Call

Atlas Energy Resources, LLC (NYSE: ATN) announced today that it will release its results for the fourth quarter 2007 on Thursday, February 21, 2008 after market hours, and invites investors and other interested parties to listen to the live webcast of its quarterly conference call on Friday, February 22, 2008, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
