Law offices of Brodsky & Smith, LLC announces that a class action lawsuit has been filed on behalf of all persons who purchased the common stock of Orion Energy Systems, Inc. ("Orion Energy" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: OESX) in the Initial Public Offering ("IPO"') on December 18, 2007 or in the open market from December 18, 2007 through February 6, 2008 (the "Class Period"). The class action lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.

The Complaint alleges that defendants violated federal securities laws by issuing a series of material misrepresentations to the market, thereby artificially inflating the price of Orion Energy.
