Sage Gold Will Use DIAGNOS’ CARDS Artificial Intelligence Technology for Its Properties in Ontario

DIAGNOS inc. (“DIAGNOS” or the “Corporation”) (TSX VENTURE: ADK), a leader in the use of artificial intelligence (“AI”) and advanced knowledge extraction techniques, announced today, that Sage Gold will use CARDS (Computer Aided Resource Detection System), DIAGNOS Artificial Intelligence’s technology to target copper, nickel and gold on its Ontario properties, Jacobus and Onaman, and vicinity, in the Beardmore, Geraldton Beltop district, Ontario.

The outline of the agreement is as follows:

– Service fee: $125,000 CDN in cash;

– Plus $90,000 CDN worth of shares (share price to be set from the average ten days closing prices prior to delivery of the report, subject to TSX-V approval);

– Sage Gold will have the exclusive right to acquire or joint-venture properties based on DIAGNOS targets for a period of two years. After that period, DIAGNOS will be able to claim non-staked lots;

– An NSR of 2% on any discovery on new targets staked by Sage and identified by DIAGNOS report will be granted to DIAGNOS. 1% NSR can be bought back at any time for $1,000,000 CDN.
