Posted on: Tuesday, 19 February 2008, 15:00 CST

TrendSetter Solar Products (Pink Sheets: TSSP) today announced that the Company's year end, October 2007, financial reporting has been postponed for a short time.

TrendSetter Solar Products CEO, Dirk Atkinson, stated, "The delay in releasing the Company's financials is due to the outside accountants' need for additional time to interpret and compile the data for presentation in accordance with General Accepted Accounting Principles. The actual date for the shareholders meeting will be announced shortly after the financials are released."

Guidance for the 2008 Fiscal year will be given at the annual shareholders meeting and a subsequent press release.
