Air Berlin has increased the number of flights from Germany to the North Sea island of Sylt over the Easter period.
The company said that it will be operating an additional flight from Dusseldorf and Berlin to Sylt on March 21, 2008. On selected dates over the Easter period the airline will also be using larger aircraft on flights to Westerland, Sylt.
The standard plane used during the winter schedule is the 15-seater Dornier 228 operated by the airline's co-operation partner, LG Walter, on flights to Sylt. With connecting flights available via Dusseldorf or Berlin, Air Berlin passengers can also reach the North Sea island from other cities in Germany, or from various other European countries.
