O’Charley’s Inc. To Present at the Bear Stearns 14th Annual Retail, Restaurants & Consumer Conference

O’Charley’s Inc. (NASDAQ/NM: CHUX), a leading casual-dining restaurant company, today announced that the Company will be presenting to the investment community at the Bear Stearns 14th Annual Retail, Restaurants & Consumer Conference at the Bear Stearns Headquarters in New York City. Greg Burns, chairman and chief executive officer of O’Charley’s Inc., and Larry Hyatt, chief financial officer, will represent the Company.

The Company’s presentation will take place on Thursday, March 6, 2008, at 11:15 am ET.
