China Southern Airlines Increases Beijing-Tehran Flight Frequency

China Southern Airlines has said that it will fly non-stop direct flights from Beijing to Tehran four times a week from March 31, 2008.

Currently the airlines has two Beijing-Tehran flights on Wednesday and Saturday that take 10 hours to reach the destination with a stop at Urumqi. Now, the service has been extended to Monday and Friday.

The company has said that an Airbus A330-200 would be used for the new eight-hour long service.
