Austrian Airlines to Increase Fuel Surcharge
Posted on: Wednesday, 12 March 2008, 06:00 CDT
Austrian Airlines has announced that it will increase the fuel surcharge for short and medium haul flights from E14 to E17, due the continuous rise in the price of crude oil that resulted in new prices for kerosene.
The adjustment applies for all scheduled flights of the Austrian Airlines Group purchased and issued as of March 17, 2008. The surcharge for long haul flights will remain unchanged at E77 per one-way flight.
