Wind Energy America Appoints New CFO

Wind farm operator Wind Energy America has hired Alan Cross as its new CFO. Mr Cross began his career at Arthur Andersen and Company, where he developed expertise in the creation and syndication of investment vehicles to raise capital for the exploration and development of natural resources.
Wind Energy America noted that after becoming a partner with the firm he left public accounting to serve as the CFO for a number of private companies. He is a certified public accountant and earned his BA, MBA and JD from the University of South Dakota.
Darrel Kluge, Wind Energy America's interim CEO, said: "I am excited about Alan's joining Wind Energy America as the first member of the new management team. His public accounting and private company management experience will be of tremendous value to the company. Alan's outstanding credentials and reputation are indicative of the type of management executives we intend to bring on board."
