Fairchild Semiconductor Recognized As One of the ''Most Popular Semiconductor Brands in China'' for 2007

Fairchild Semiconductor (NYSE: FCS), the leading global supplier of high-performance products that drive energy-efficiency, has received a "Most Popular Semiconductor Brands in China Award 2007" from CEN. International and local Chinese brands were eligible to compete in this prestigious industry award, and were judged according to four criteria: 1) brand influence; 2) sales performance; 3) technology and services superiority; and 4) localization (must provide excellent local support and services in terms of R&D, manufacturing, procurement and sales).
