Swagelok Company Purchases Plant Support and Evaluations Inc.

Swagelok Company announced today that it has acquired the assets of Plant Support and Evaluations Inc. (PSE), a Naples, Florida-based training firm specializing in the evaluation of steam, condensate, and compressed air systems. The company will provide its services under the name Swagelok Energy Advisors, Inc. and its headquarters will relocate to Solon. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

"The addition of PSE to the Swagelok family strengthens our growing service portfolio," says Arthur F. Anton, Swagelok Company president and chief executive officer. "PSE's training and development programs will enhance our solutions offerings to our fluid systems customers worldwide, from system evaluation to technical specification."

PSE provides engineering, audits, project management, and training programs focused on strengthening in-plant fluid system assessments. The organization has served as a supplier to Swagelok for the past eight years.
