Wind Energy America Elects New Board Member

Wind power developer Wind Energy America has elected Paul Knapp Sr to its board of directors. He is the president and CEO of Minnesota-based venture capital fund Space Center Ventures.
Mr Knapp has also served on the boards of a number of private and public companies and currently serves as a director of Minneapolis-based Venture Bank.
Darrel Kluge, Wind Energy America's interim CEO, said: "Our board of directors is delighted to welcome Paul Knapp to the board. We expect to take full advantage of Paul's substantial finance experience and his extensive experience with high growth companies."
