Verizon Expands Wireless Broadband Network in Pennsylvania to Beaver County
Verizon Wireless has expanded the national rollout of its high-speed wireless network in Pennsylvania to portions of Beaver County, including the towns of Darlington, industry and shippingport, and west along State Route 68 from industry to the town of Midland.
Verizon Wireless customers in the area access BroadbandAccess, an enhanced high-speed wireless service and V CAST, a consumer-oriented multimedia service.
Roger Tang, president of Ohio/Pennsylvania/West Virginia region at Verizon Wireless, said: “This is a vital area with dynamic, tech-savvy business people, students, visitors, and residents who want to stay connected. The launch of our broadband network here provides our customers with access to the very latest wireless technology.”
