Lakota Resources Retains Services of The Buick Group

Lakota Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE: LAK) ("Lakota" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that it has retained the services of The Buick Group of Toronto, Ontario as corporate communications and strategic investor advisors to the Company.
In consideration of the services to be provided, Lakota has agreed to pay The Buick Group a monthly cash fee of $5,000 for an initial term of 6 months. The term is renewable thereafter in 6 month periods terminable on 60 days notice. As part of the consideration for the services Lakota has, subject to Exchange approval, granted to The Buick Group 300,000 options under its Incentive Stock Option Plan to acquire common shares of Lakota at an exercise price of $ 0.24 vesting in equal quarterly amounts over one (1) year for a term of three (3) years.
