Natural Resource Partners L.P. Names Dennis F. Coker As Vice President - Aggregates

HOUSTON, March 31 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Natural Resource Partners L.P. announced today that Dennis F. Coker has joined the partnership as Vice President - Aggregates, a new officer position. He will be responsible for developing and implementing acquisitions in the aggregate industry. Mr. Coker will be based in the Houston office.
Prior to joining Natural Resource Partners, Mr. Coker most recently served as Director, Corporate Development for Hanson Building Materials America, where he had been employed since 2002. Mr. Coker has 13 years of experience in the aggregate industry, with the last eight years focused on business development activity.

NRP currently has aggregate reserves in Washington State and West Virginia. Its aggregate reserves generate royalty income very similar to its coal reserves.
