SAO PAULO, Brazil, April 4, 2008 /PRNewswire/ — Infinity Bio-Energy Ltd. (“Infinity” or the “Company”) (AIM: IBI.L) is pleased to announce the appointment of Eduardo Bom Angelo to its board of directors (the “Board”).

Eduardo Bom Angelo, age 51, is currently consulting for several companies. In the last ten years he has been President of Brasilprev S.A. (2003-2007) and CIGNA Previdencia & Investimentos (1998-2002), both involved in the business of pension plans. He also served on the board of AMCHAM (American Chamber of Commerce – Brazil) between 2004-2007.

Mr. Bom Angelo has a bachelor degree in Economics from the University of Sao Paulo and graduated in Fundacao Getulio Vargas — Sao Paulo with a degree in Marketing and Finance.
