Friendly Energy Exploration Update: Audits Completed

Friendly Energy Exploration (PINKSHEETS: FEGR) -- The Company reports today that the Company's auditor Mr. John Kinross of John Kinross Kennedy, CPA, Irvine, CA, has completed all past due audits the company is required to file pursuant to SEC rule 10kSb.

"This is a significant milestone of accomplishment for Friendly Energy Exploration," states company President Douglas Tallant. "The Company anticipates having its filings complete and updated by week's end. The company will be seeking a market maker to file a 15c-211 to enable the company to be quoted on the OTC-BB as quickly as possible."
