Power-Save Energy Company Announces Successful Asset Acquisition of U.S. Energy Conservation Corporation

SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif., April 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Power-Save Energy Company (BULLETIN BOARD: PWSV) , an emerging leader in the renewable energy and energy savings products industry, today announced that it has concluded the acquisition of substantially all the assets of U.S. Energy Conservation Corporation including its patented product the "Wattman" (U.S. Patent 6,046,549 and 6,020,726).
