Pinnacle Airlines March Passenger Traffic Up

Pinnacle Airlines has reported that its revenue passenger miles for the month of March 2008 were 404.99 million, an increase of 4.7 %, compared to 386.79 million in March 2007.
The available seat miles for March 2008 increased 1.8% to 517.42 million from 508.34 million in March 2007. The airline has transported 879,282 passengers, an increase of 4.9%, compared to 838,430 passengers in March 2007. The load factor increased 2.2 points to 78.3% from 76.1% in March 2007.
Colgan Air, a subsidiary of Pinnacle Airlines, has transported 194,833 passengers in March 2007, up 51.2%, compared to 128,843 passengers in March 2007. Load factor increased 10.6 points to 56.3%.
The passenger traffic increased 74.9% to 42.14 million revenue passenger miles, and capacity increased 42.1% to 74.84 million available seat miles.
