Centerra Gold Conference Call and Webcast of 2008 First Quarter Results

Centerra Gold Inc. (TSX: CG) will host a conference call and webcast of its 2008 first quarter financial and operating results at 11:00 a.m. Eastern time on Thursday, May 1, 2008. The results are scheduled to be released before the market opens on Thursday, May 1, 2008.
