Representatives of U Mining Subsidiary in Quebec This Week to Discuss Final Details of Mining and Re-Development Project in Republic of Guinea and Releases Financials

U Mining Resources Inc. (PINKSHEETS: UMNG) today announced that representatives of the Company's Guinean subsidiary Comitrag S.A., including Comitrag S.A. President Balla Keita, are in Quebec this week following closing negotiations with the Republic of Guinea for the pending mining and infrastructure re-development project in that country. CEO Jean-Michel de Montigny will be meeting with the Comitrag group Wednesday to sort out the details of the highly anticipated BOOT Agreement. The Company plans to subsequently inform its shareholders of these latest developments.
Management of U Mining Resources also indicated that the Company's financial statements for the prior two years will be made available to the public this week on the corporate Website.
