Posted on: Friday, 2 May 2008, 09:00 CDT

HOUSTON, May 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Universal Energy Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: UVSE) today announced that all owners have agreed on a final plan for the pipeline construction and barge installation at the Caviar series of wells in Plaquemines Parish, Louisiana. Work on the pipeline construction has now begun and is expected to be completed within 5 to 6 weeks.

We are pleased with the finalization of the plan and the commencement of work on the pipeline this week." Raley added, "We believe this will allow the efficient production of the Caviar prospect for years to come."
