MOSCOW. May 16 (Interfax) – Gazprom Marketing and Trading USA, Inc (GM&T) has reserved all capacity at the planned Rabaska liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminal in Quebec to accept LNG produced from the Shtokman field’s gas.

The project to build the terminal, capacity more than 5 billion cubic meters or 500 million cubic feet of gas per year, has already received approval from the federal and local authorities. It should be built by the time the first Shtokman LNG is produced in 2014.

Canada’s Enbridge Inc and Gaz Metro, and Gaz de France are involved in the project, which will cost $840 million .
