ABX Holdings Announces Name Change to Air Transport Services Group

ABX Holdings, Inc. said that effective today, its name has changed to Air Transport Services Group, Inc. Henceforth all corporate information will be issued in the name of Air Transport Services Group, Inc.
The Company also said that NASDAQ has approved a change in its stock trading symbol from (NASDAQ: ABXA) to (NASDAQ:ATSG). Investors should adjust their online portfolio and other stock tracking indicators to reflect the symbol change. The name change will not otherwise affect outstanding ABX stock certificates or the trading of the Company's common shares on the NASDAQ Global Select Market.
ABX Holdings shareholders approved the name change at their meeting on Tuesday, May 13. The change affects only the name of the holding company; names of its operating subsidiaries remain intact.
