Metals USA Holdings Corp. Files Registration Statement With SEC for Initial Public Offering

HOUSTON, May 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Metals USA Holdings Corp. today filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") in connection with its proposed initial public offering of its common stock. Metals USA Holdings Corp. intends to apply to list its common stock on The New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "MUX".
