Web Connection Problems Edward H. Bunkerwest Lampeter Township

I just finished reading the Thursday Lancaster New Era Lookout column and have had the same Internet connection problem.
I live in Regent's Park, just southwest of the Old Philadelphia Pike/Greenfield Road intersection. I spent three months trying to get connected to Verizon DSL and heard one excuse after another before finally being told by others that Verizon DSL was not available in all areas. As a result, I canceled Verizon and switched to Comcast.
Verizon would not refund my three months payments since I had limited access during the those three months, mainly during late- night hours.
I resent being treated this way by a large company that claims to be customer-oriented, but does not tell the truth about wireless connection.
