Dynegy CFO to Speak on May 29 at Deutsche Bank Energy and Utilities Conference

Holli C. Nichols, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Dynegy Inc. (NYSE:DYN), will speak at the Deutsche Bank Energy and Utilities Conference in Miami Beach, Florida. Nichols' presentation is scheduled for 9:10 a.m. ET/8:10 a.m. CT on Thursday, May 29, 2008.
The presentation will be web cast live, and will be available via the "Investor Relations" section of Dynegy's web site at www.dynegy.com through June 12, 2008.
Through its subsidiaries, Dynegy Inc. produces and sells electric energy, capacity and ancillary services in key U.S. markets.
