Grant Thornton LLP Principal to Speak at ACG Boston 2008 Growth Conference

Grant Thornton LLP, the U.S. member firm of Grant Thornton International Ltd (Grant Thornton International), today announced that Dan Reid will participate in the ACG Boston 2008 Growth Conference on Thursday, June 5, 2008, at the Seaport World Trade Center in Boston.
Mr. Reid, National Managing Principal, Transaction Advisory Services, Grant Thornton LLP, will participate as a panelist in a discussion on the state of the current M&A market. The panel will provide insight into this fast-changing marketplace from a number of deal perspectives and explore the new landscape for deal opportunities. Moderating the panel will be Jay Jester, Managing Director, Audax Group. The other panelists are John Goodwin, Managing Director, GE Antares, Dave Powers, Partner, Goodwin Procter, and Bill Roman, Managing Director, Harris Williams & Co.
