Great Wall Airlines Appoints Wallace Air Cargo As North American Sales Agent

Great Wall Airlines has appointed Wallace Air Cargo Group as its general sales agent in North America for the airline's new B747-400 freighter services from Chicago and Seattle in the US to Seoul, South Korea, and Shanghai, China.
Great Wall Airlines's new freighter flights from Chicago and Seattle to Seoul and Shanghai begin June 1, 2008.
Dick Augustine will head sales in the US Midwest, while Jack Michalek will serve the same function in the Pacific Northwest. Wylie Wong, Wallace Air's Chinese speaking sales manager is expected to play a significant role in addressing the needs of US-based forwarders who specialize in the China trade.
Ned Wallace, president of Wallace Air Cargo, said: "All of us are very excited at the prospect of helping to extend Great Wall's global freighter network into Seattle and Chicago. We look forward to representing a young but admirable carrier which is service-oriented and customer focused."
