S&P Lifts Rosneft Rating to Investment Grade, Outlook Stable

MOSCOW. May 26 (Interfax) – Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services has raised its long-term corporate credit rating on Russian state- controlled oil producer Rosneft (RTS: ROSN) to ‘BBB-’ from ‘BB+’, boosting the company to the investment-grade level.
The outlook is stable, the agency said in a press release.
