Eagle Rock Energy Partners, L.P. To Present at the 2008 RBC Capital Markets Energy Conference in New York City on June 2, 2008

Eagle Rock Energy Partners, L.P. (NASDAQ GS:EROC) (“Eagle Rock”) announced today that Joseph A. Mills, its chairman and chief executive officer, will speak at the 2008 RBC Capital Markets Energy Conference to be held at the Ritz-Carlton Battery Park, in New York City on June 2-3, 2008. Eagle Rock’s breakout session at the conference will take place on June 2, 2008 at 10:50 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time and is expected to last approximately 30 minutes, including a brief question and answer session.
