Secondary coal (metallurgical coke, anthracite and bituminous briquets, and lignite briquets) is not included in this report. The market has been valued at annual average minemouth prices and does not include any transportation costs. Any currency conversions used in the creation of this report have been calculated using constant 2007 annual average exchange rates.
