Menzies Aviation to Provide Full Handling Services to Turkish Airlines

Menzies Aviation, a provider of airfreight ground handling services, has secured a three-year contract from Turkish Airlines to provide full handling services at the Johannesburg OR Tambo International Airport and the Cape Town International Airport in South Africa.
The airline currently operates three weekly flights to Johannesburg, using A330-200 aircraft, which then continue to Cape Town before returning to Istanbul, Turkey, again via Johannesburg.
Forsyth Black, senior vice president of Africa for Menzies Aviation, said: "We are delighted to have been chosen by Turkish Airlines to handle their flights at Johannesburg and Cape Town and look forward to a long and successful partnership working with them."
