Isbre Holding Corp., importers of Isbre Norwegian Glacier Spring Water, today announced that it has expanded its reach into over 1,000 supermarkets, specialty stores and restaurants in the Northeastern United States. Isbre, the purest natural bottled water on the market, is now available in over 3,000 Northeast locations.

William Louttit, EVP Sales & Marketing for Isbre, stated: “We have recently achieved placement in Stop & Shop Supermarkets which operates 561 stores under the Stop & Shop and Giant Foods banners from Maine to Virginia. Other recent placements include Food Emporium, King’s, Dan’s Supreme, Fine Fare and notable specialty food retailers such as Uncle Giuseppe’s and North Shore Farms. It is rare for a bottled water company that has recently entered the market, to be so welcomed by large, prestigious chains. Isbre continues to grow at a very rapid pace, significantly exceeding our early expectations.”

Over the past year, Isbre has achieved supermarket placement in Shop-Rite, FoodTown, Key Foods and is currently available in over 100 7-Elevens in the New York Metropolitan area and numerous other retail locations, restaurants, country clubs and hotels throughout the greater New York and Philadelphia region. Having achieved such widespread early acceptance in the Northeast, Isbre will soon be expanding to the Southeast and Southwest.

Isbre Holding Corp, headquartered in Montvale, NJ, is a producer, distributor and marketer of bottled and bulk water. Isbre’s source is a spring located in the glacier region at the end of the Hardanger Fjord on the West Coast of Norway. Isbre holds the trademark right to the slogan “The World’s Best Drinking Water(R)” that is featured on its labels. Currently the water is bottled in Norway and is sold in the U.S. and Europe. Starting in 2009, Isbre will transport water in tanker ships directly from its spring source to a bottling plant on the Delaware River in Bristol, Pennsylvania. Several additional bottling facilities are scheduled to open throughout the U.S. over the next five years. Isbre continues to seek global opportunities for sales of its bulk and bottled water.
