AirTran Airways Announces Nonstop Service From Richmond to New York

ORLANDO, Fla., June 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- AirTran Airways, a subsidiary of AirTran Holdings, Inc. , announced today that it will add two new daily nonstop flights between Richmond International Airport and LaGuardia Airport in New York beginning August 7, 2008. The flights will be operated with the fuel-efficient Boeing 717 aircraft, part of the airline's youngest all-Boeing fleet in America.

Reservations may be obtained or changed through an AirTran Airways Telephone Reservations Center for an additional $10 per person. Introductory sale fares and lowest walk-up fares are non-refundable and a $75 fee per person applies to any change made after purchase, plus any applicable increase in airfare. Introductory sale fares require a 21-day advance purchase and must be purchased by July 1, 2008. Introductory sale fares are valid for travel through October 7, 2008.
