Austrian Airlines to Increase Fuel Surcharge

The Austrian Airlines Group has announced that due to the high kerosene purchase price it is increasing its fuel surcharge for short- and medium-haul flights from the current level of E21 to E24.
The group announced that the fuel surcharges on long-haul routes are also increased from E82 to E92.
The new charges apply to all tickets for scheduled flights operated by the Austrian Airlines Group sold or issued from June 18, 2008 onwards.
