Pressure Problem Sends Six to Hospital

A United Airlines flight bound from Denver to Seattle returned to Denver International Airport Sunday afternoon because of a pressurization problem, according to Denver's 7.United Flight 591 left DIA for Seattle about 4 p.m. and turned around about 20 minutes into the flight, Denver's 7 reported.United Airlines spokeswoman Megan McCarthy said the plane landed safely, but six passengers went to the hospital to be checked out.She said the pressurization problem did not cause the oxygen masks to deploy.The Boeing 737 had 121 passengers, three flight attendants and two pilots on board.The plane was taken out of service for a complete maintenance check of the aircraft. United officials had no word on the cause of the pressure problem on Sunday evening.
