Air Berlin to Launch Non-Stop Flights to the Azores

Air Berlin has announced that it will launch non-stop flights to the Azores, an autonomous region of Portugal, for the first time starting with the 2008-09 winter schedule.
The airline said that a weekly flight to the Azores will take off every Monday via Nuremberg, Germany, from November 3, 2008 onwards. Feeder flights to Nuremberg are available from 12 German cities and also from Vienna, Austria.
