Saudi Arabian and Singapore Airlines Seek Increased Co-Operation
Saudi Arabian Airlines and Singapore Airlines have signed a memorandum of understanding for co-operation in marketing, and to establish the framework for a long-term relationship primarily focused on developing routes between Saudi Arabia and Singapore.
The non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) outlines the areas in which the two parties will co-operate to seek new business opportunities, improve airline efficiency, and ultimately deliver an enhanced customer experience.
Areas of co-operation include marketing, codeshare arrangements, frequent flyer program co-operation and cargo facilitation.
Huang Cheng Eng, executive vice president of marketing and the regions at Singapore Airlines, said: “Through this MoU, we look forward to building a long-term co-operative relationship with Saudi Arabian Airlines. We believe that this will be mutually beneficial for both airlines, and more importantly, our customers.”
