What: Northwest Airlines, the FAA and the Jeppesen Company will present a framed Air Traffic Control Terminal Arrival procedure to the family of Frank Muscha, a Fargo airman who died in an aircraft accident. The approach was developed specifically for the Fargo airport, which optimizes fuel efficiency by ensuring the most direct approach possible.
