Universal Energy Corp. Nears Completion of Pipeline Construction at Its Caviar #1 and Caviar #4 Prospects

June 26, 2008

HOUSTON, June 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — Universal Energy Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: UVSE) announced today that pipeline construction at its Caviar prospect will be finished this week. This pipeline will tie in production from the Caviar #1 and Caviar #4 wells that were successfully drilled in September 2007 and November 2007, respectively.

Billy Raley, Chief Executive Officer of Universal Energy Corp. commented “This four mile tie in has taken some time, but we feel that the efficient commercial production of Caviar #1 and Caviar #4 will be well worth the wait. With flow tests for both Caviar #1 and Caviar #4 exceeding four million cubic feet of gas per day, the financial impact of completing this pipeline is significant to both Universal Energy Corp. and its stockholders.”
