Intelligent Transportation Society of America and American Association of Airport Executives Announce ''Intelligent Transportation Systems Conference''

The Intelligent Transportation Society of America (ITS America) and the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE) announced today an Intelligent Transportation Systems Conference, August 25-26, 2008, in Los Angeles, California. This two-day conference will showcase Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) industry leaders who are currently providing solutions for airport land side management. The conference will also feature airport managers sharing real-world results, lessons learned, success stories and reasons why they have chosen ITS products and services as their airport land side management solution.
Airport land side management has increasingly become a focus for airport managers and transportation management center managers alike. More and more, airport managers are turning to Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) to provide solutions to the challenges they face, such as managing parking, commercial vehicle movement, incident management, security and much more. All sessions will take place at the Wilshire Grand Hotel. Sessions will begin at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, August 25, and end at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 26. Registration fees include the reception, one continental breakfast, one luncheon, all refreshment breaks and course materials. Dress is business casual (no ties).
