Foreign-Invested Enterprises or Foreign-Invested Enterprises With Increase of Capital Newly Approved By the Mofcom

According to fdi.gov.cn: On June 27, 2008, the Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) newly approved the following foreign-invested enterprises or foreign-invested enterprises with increase of capital: Shandong Century Electric Power Development Co., Ltd, Hunan Pacific Geological Exploration Inc. and Wuxi CSMC Technologies Corporation. It was reported that the main businesses of the three companies were thermoelectricity generation, solid fuels and mineral resources geological survey and semiconductor products.
