JetBlue Selects MWW for Contingency Planning and Training Services

MWW Group, a public relations firm, has announced that it has been retained by JetBlue Airways to provide ongoing contingency planning and training services, incident response support and issues management counsel.

A dedicated, multi-national incident response team comprised of senior counselors from the MWW Group’s global network of offices, affiliates and agency partners will provide on-site support for JetBlue Airways in each of its 53 markets across the US, the Caribbean and Latin America.

JetBlue’s engagement and multinational incident response team will be managed from the MWW Group’s New York City office under the direction of Matthew Rose and Carreen Winters, both executive vice presidents and the agency’s corporate communications practice director and deputy director respectively.

Caribbean and Latin American operations will be supported by the Jeffrey Group, MWW Group’s Miami-based partner and the independent agency in Latin America, with a network of local partners in each JetBlue market across the region.
