Omni Oil & Gas Sells Property in DeSoto Parish

Omni Oil & Gas, which is involved in oil and gas exploration and production, has sold approximately 344 acres of land located in the DeSoto Parish, Louisiana, to an independent oil and gas company.
The transaction closed on June 13, 2008, with Omni receiving more than $1.25 million.
Renn Rothrock, president and CEO of Omni Oil & Gas, said: “This sale provides the company with significant working capital and the opportunity to aggressively pursue several of our key operational ventures. We expect to be making further announcements regarding these ventures in the weeks ahead.”
