American Eagle Launches Non-Stop Cedar Rapids-New York Service

American Eagle Airlines, the regional affiliate of American Airlines, has launched a non-stop service between the Eastern Iowa Airport in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and New York's LaGuardia Airport.
American Eagle operates the round-trip service with its 37-seat Embraer ERJ-135 jets. The new service will operate daily except Saturdays.
Peter Bowler, president and CEO of American Eagle, said: "We are pleased to be adding service to Cedar Rapids. With service to Chicago, Dallas-Fort Worth, St Louis and now, New York City, our customers will be able to connect anywhere in the world that American Airlines flies."
