ArcelorMittal Share Buyback Program: Status Report As of July 4

ArcelorMittal, under the new share buy-back program as announced on 12 December and on 18 December 2007 and the share buy-back mandate as announced on 1 July 2008, hereby declares that it has repurchased 5,308,871 shares from 30 June until 4 July 2008.

The shares were repurchased at an average price of EUR 56.0903 and for a total amount of EUR 297,776,184.
