GDF, Bulgargaz to Develop Southeast European Gas Market

French energy major Gaz de France and Bulgargaz Holding have signed a memorandum of understanding in relation to the security of gas supply and the development of the gas market in southeastern Europe.
The agreement was signed by Jean-Francois Cirelli, chairman and CEO of Gaz de France (GDF), and Lyubomir Denchev, chairman and CEO of Bulgargaz Holding, in Paris, France.
