Panhandle Oil & Gas Inc. Announces Plan to Move Stock Listing to New York Stock Exchange

OKLAHOMA CITY, July 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Panhandle Oil & Gas Inc. today announced that it has filed an application to list its common stock on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and expects to begin trading on the NYSE on July 22, 2008 under its current symbol "PHX". Until that time, Panhandle's shares will continue to trade on the American Stock Exchange.
