New Vice President of Operations Appointed to Lions Gate Metals ; Advisory Board Member Joins Lions Gate Metals
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA–(Marketwire – July 21, 2008) – Lions Gate Metals Inc. (TSX VENTURE:LGM) (“LGM” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Laurie Thomson, B.Sc. (Honours) Geology, to the position of Vice President of Operations. Mr. Thomson will lead and direct exploration and development activities on Lions Gate Metals existing mineral projects, as well as assist in strategic acquisitions and related opportunities. Mr. Thomson’s appointment is part of LGM’s strategy to aggressively move forward on its existing properties and build value through the acquisition of additional strategic and high quality base metal mineral assets.

Mr. Dirom is the Vice President of Environment, Health and Safety for the Mining Association of British Columbia.
